Real Estate Salesperson

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for your team and individual sales representatives. You will create and execute strategic plans based on market trends and historical data. Additionally, managing team performance reviews and designing reward programs for top performers will be part of your role. Your responsibilities will also include coaching and motivating the sales team to enhance their skills, maintain a high professional standard, and achieve monthly sales goals. You will be expected to generate and present monthly sales reports to executives. To qualify for this position, we require a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. However, we also encourage candidates with three to five years of relevant experience to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Sales management experience would be a plus. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is essential. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
