You will be joining SEMTOFIN CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a professional consultancy services company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Your role as a full-time Real Estate Salesperson will be located in Bengaluru South. Your responsibilities will include conducting property viewings, managing client relationships, discussing property features, and closing sales. You will interact daily with potential buyers, guide them through property transactions, and ensure a smooth sales process from beginning to end. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Customer Service and Sales, hold a Real Estate License with knowledge in Real Property and Real Estate, exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate a proven ability to meet sales targets, and ideally have knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru.
