Job Description

As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will have the exciting opportunity to sell residential and commercial plots in the vibrant locations of Patna or Rajgir. Your responsibilities will include handling client queries, conducting site visits, maintaining good follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales. Building strong relationships with buyers and investors will be crucial for your success in this role. We welcome both freshers and experienced individuals to apply for this position. While field sales, marketing, or real estate experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Having local area knowledge of Patna and Rajgir will be beneficial, along with possessing excellent communication and convincing skills. In this role, you can look forward to a high commission structure based on each deal, with possibilities for career growth into team leader roles. For freshers, we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your new career. Additionally, site visit allowances may be applicable based on the circumstances. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonuses. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in direct sales or field sales. The work location will be in person, and the expected start date for this role is 28/07/2025.,
