Sales Executive

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
• Generate revenue by conducting the sale of the real estate product offering
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
• Visiting potential customers for new business
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
• Providing customers with quotations
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
