Job Description:

We are looking for proactive and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to promote and sell commercial / residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end property sales process for both residential / commercial projects
• Can work on leads through calls, referrals, and field visits
• Conduct client meetings and explain project features & USPs
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Maintain regular follow-ups and client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales preferred
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local market and builder projects is a plus
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client handling
• Strong follow-up and closing abilities
