Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Associated & working successfully with the most prime & the best developers of the world from UAE, Delhi NCR, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Himachal & Goa Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct property viewings, site visits, and meetings with clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate sales terms while ensuring client satisfaction. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Coordinate with developers, builders, and other stakeholders for property listings. Maintain a strong database of clients and follow up regularly. Participate in real estate expos, marketing campaigns, and promotional events. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential/commercial real estate sales. Strong network and existing client base in the real estate market.
