Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Sales Manager to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team in the real estate sector and should be confident, target-driven, and possess strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives. Set and track sales targets and performance. Train team members and ensure effective sales processes. Coordinate with marketing and channel partners for lead generation. Handle high-level client meetings and close key deals. Ensure smooth execution of sales operations and reporting. Requirements: Female candidates only Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a real estate sales team Strong leadership and communication skills Target-driven, with a strategic mindset Comfortable with field visits and client meetings Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 (based on experience) Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Travel allowance and career growth opportunities
