Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales staff. Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure team compliance with company policies and standards. Strategic Growth and Business Development: Identify and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base. Explore new routes to market and opportunities to maximize business growth. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly. Target Achievement: Aggressively pursue and achieve assigned sales targets. Monitor individual and team performance, implementing incentives and corrective actions as needed.
