Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans. Recruit, train, and onboard new real estate agents. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive and innovative. Foster a collaborative and client-focused culture within the sales team. Track team performance using KPIs and sales metrics; provide regular feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and company policies. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and client engagement. Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate sales or real estate sales management. Active real estate license (required or must be obtained within a specified period). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
