Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Kurali, Punjab
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in the Kharar–Kurali region. The ideal candidate must have a strong channel partner (CP) network in kharar, kurali and a proven track record in driving property sales in Kharar, Kurali, Landran, Morinda region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to drive closures
• Generate leads through CP network and local outreach
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Must have an active CP network in Kharar–Kurali region
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team
• Familiarity with local property market trends
