Job Description

Job Opportunity: Real Estate Sales Associates (Freelance / Full-time) We are looking for motivated associates who are interested in working in real estate sales, either as freelancers or full-time associates. No prior real estate sales experience is required – training and guidance will be provided. Candidates must be willing to do fieldwork, including client meetings and site visits. 💼 Note: This role does not offer a fixed salary. However, since you will be working with one of the most reputed real estate companies, the earning potential through commissions and incentives is very high. Compensation & Incentives: Although there is no fixed salary initially, you will receive a ₹5,000 fixed incentive every month starting immediately after your first sale, along with a ₹50,000 commission on each sale. For every 3 sales, you will earn an additional ₹50,000 incentive apart from the regular commission and monthly incentive. On achieving 6 sales, you will be rewarded with an international trip. Attractive perks such as an iPad, phone, or bike will be provided for outstanding sales performance within any calendar month.
