Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, showcasing residential and closing sales effectively. A passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and deep knowledge of the real estate market are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective clients through cold calling, networking, online platforms, site visits, and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations and site tours for potential customers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties from the available inventory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent support and guidance throughout the buying process.
• Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales.
• Coordinate with legal, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, competitors, pricing, and inventory.
• Attend real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to build brand visibility.

• Good presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of real estate rules and documentation
• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate software (preferred)
• Fluency in [English + Hindi + Telugu]

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree / MBA
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication and passion for sales may also apply
