About the Role:* *Epitome Realtors* is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Sales Manager, focused on the Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension Road micro-markets of Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with luxury residential properties in these prime areas and possess the ability to manage inventory, client relationships, and site visits with confidence and professionalism. *Key Responsibilities:* • Manage sales of resale and new residential properties in Gurgaon, primarily on Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension Road. • Maintain and expand inventory by networking with local brokers and direct owners. • Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients. • Provide expert guidance on property options, pricing trends, and investment potential to the buyers. • Build strong relationships with HNI clients and real estate investors. • Stay updated with new project launches, developer offerings, and market dynamics. *Candidate Requirements:* • 2 to 10 years of experience in residential real estate sales (resale/fresh inventory) in Gurgaon. - In-depth knowledge of luxury residential projects in the Golf Course Road & Golf Course Extension Road belt. - Prior experience working in these micro-markets will be highly preferred. - Must be a Gurgaon resident with a good understanding of local geography. *Own conveyance is mandatory.* *Office Location:* Iris Tech Park, Sector 48, Gurgaon *How to Apply:* Interested candidates can share their resumes at- *Email: anushka@epitomerealtors.com* nine5ninenine2zerofourzero4zero
