Position: Sales Executive | Broker Sales Open Market (Primary Sales)
Experience: 12 years in real estate broking (primary sales preferred)
Salary: 20,000 25,000/month (Fixed)
Incentives: 10,00025,000 per successful booking (Performance-based)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Includes weekends; Monday off)
Reporting To: Broking Team Lead / Sales Head

Role Objective
To manage daily leads, conduct outbound follow-ups, and pitch multiple builder projects in key North-East Bengaluru micro-markets like Kalyan Nagar, Hennur, Horamavu, Hebbal, Thanisandra, and surrounding areas — with a strong focus on driving site visits and confirmed bookings.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Criteria Details Experience Worked in primary sales at a real estate broking firm Builder Knowledge Familiar with developers in the Bengaluru region Local Area Knowledge Strong familiarity with Kalyan Nagar & nearby micro-markets Languages Kannada (preferred), Hindi, English Tech Tools WhatsApp Business, CRM systems Mobility Owns a 2-wheeler (mandatory)
Incentive Structure – Performance Based
Booking Value Incentive per Booking 1 Cr unit 8,000 – 10,000 1.5 Cr unit 12,500 – 17,500 2 Cr+ unit 18,500 – 23,500+
Incentives are paid post registration and apply across all builder tie-ups.

Local travel reimbursement OR 3/km (2-wheeler required)
