You are looking for a talented and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales and Client Relationship Manager for a thrilling real estate position in Uganda. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong foundation in residential real estate sales and client management, who aspire to advance their career on an international platform. Your main responsibilities will include leading the entire sales process for residential real estate projects, starting from generating leads to finalizing deals. You will be tasked with formulating and implementing strategic sales strategies to meet company objectives. It will be essential to conduct thorough market analysis to stay competitive and well-informed about industry trends. Collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to bolster sales goals is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, addressing and resolving client issues in a professional and timely manner is crucial. Ensuring adherence to all sales regulations and company policies, as well as guiding and enhancing the performance of the sales team in their daily activities, are part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred) along with 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the real estate sector. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets is a prerequisite. Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and organizational skills is essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and a willingness to relocate and work in Uganda is required.
