Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels – cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms
• Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients and explain project details
• Understand client requirements and offer property solutions that meet their needs
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and project developments
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation and records of sales leads and client interactions
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships for future sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales; real estate background is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and documentation processes
• Must have own vehicle (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
