Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Recruiter at our Gurugram location. The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and developing recruitment strategies. Day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process and promoting the company's employment brand.

Qualifications

• Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and screening resumes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases
• Familiarity with employment branding and employer branding strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
