Real Estate Market Surveyor

As a market surveyor in real estate, you will be responsible for sourcing available and upcoming commercial spaces, communicating and coordinating with landlords, investors, builders, and developers. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research and surveys to assess market supply and demand, as well as maintaining a centralized inventory database. You will also be required to procure detailed information from landlords, investors, builders, and developers regarding the availability, specifications, and commercials of the projects, developments, or land parcels. Additionally, you will assist the team in overall coordination and conducting inspections along with potential clients.
