Role Overview: As a Real Estate Listing Agent & Client Acquisition Specialist at this dynamic real estate platform in India, you will be instrumental in engaging with property owners, enrolling them onto the application, and exclusively listing their properties through the backend module. Your role will be pivotal in driving expansion and fostering robust client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with potential clients to onboard them onto the application and endorse our incentives program. - Gather property details, capture high-quality photos, and enter data into the backend system to create exclusive listings. - Engage in negotiations and execute limited-term exclusive listing agreements with property owners. - Continuously broaden the user base by identifying new prospects and properties. - Uphold strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat interactions. Qualifications Required: - Thorough understanding of real estate markets and property listing procedures. - Demonstrated sales or networking background with a history of achieving targets. - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in utilizing technology, including apps and backend systems (training will be provided). - Basic photography skills for photographing properties. - Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach. - Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if fieldwork is part of the role). - Real estate license is preferred but not mandatory. You will also have the chance to influence the growth of the innovative real estate platform. Commissions will be provided for each user, listing, and property sale. This full-time position entails a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. Performance bonuses are included. The work location is onsite in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a preference for reliable commuting or relocation before commencing work. A willingness to travel 50% of the time is advantageous for this role.,
