Key Responsibilities:

• DCPR 2034

• Manage and coordinate redevelopment projects from inception to approval stage.

• Feasibility Reports

• Legal Teams, Technical Consultants, Architects, PMCs, and Housing Societies

• government authorities

• Coordinate documentation, approvals, and submissions with regulatory authorities.

• society members, tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders

• Ensure timely execution of tasks through proper follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.

• Excel and MS Office tools
