Real Estate Home Loan Manager

Role Overview: As a Home Loan Manager at Modi Builders, you will play a crucial role in driving home loan sales by leveraging your strong background in the mortgage industry and excellent sales skills. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert property buyers into home loan customers, and ensure a smooth loan processing and disbursement process. Your success in meeting monthly sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction will be key to your performance in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and manage leads for home loan products. - Work closely with real estate sales teams to convert property buyers into home loan customers. - Guide customers through the loan application and approval process. - Handle Original Documents and Disbursements. - Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. - Ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement. - Meet monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Good network with Banks and experience on Loan Eligibility. - 4+ years of experience in home loan sales/mortgage sales. - Excellent Calculation skills on sale value and related calculations. - Strong knowledge of housing loan products and processes. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or mortgage firms is a plus.
