Job Description

Role Overview: As a Specialist in the Governance and Compliance team of Global Real Estate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to global real estate policies. Your responsibilities will include processing Real Estate approvals, identifying any red flags, collaborating with different teams, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Key Responsibilities: - Processing Approvals: Review all approvals to ensure alignment with policies. Flag any missing or incorrect information/documents and take necessary actions for updates. - Stakeholder Management: Provide timely responses and coordination to keep stakeholders informed. - Reporting: Prepare and update approval tracker, log, and any ad hoc reports accurately and in a timely manner. - Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to facilitate the approval process. - Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned tasks and drive them to completion. - Monitoring & Enforcement: Track policy adherence and effectiveness to ensure teams follow guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to portfolio management tools. - Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy while processing approvals. - Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication. - Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address issues or gaps.
