As a Specialist in the Global Real Estate Governance and Compliance team at Accenture, your role will involve ensuring adherence to global real estate policies. You will be responsible for processing Real Estate approvals, tracking any red flags, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth processing of approvals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Processing Approvals: Reviewing all approvals to ensure alignment with policy and flagging any missing or incorrect information/documents for necessary action. - Stakeholder Management: Providing timely responses and coordination to keep stakeholders well informed. - Reporting: Ensuring the approval tracker, log, and any ad hoc reports are prepared and updated accurately and in a timely manner. - Collaboration: Working closely with other teams or groups to assist them in navigating the approval process. - Ownership: Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and driving them to completion. - Monitoring & Enforcement: Tracking policy adherence and effectiveness to ensure teams follow guidelines. You should have the following qualifications and skills: - Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as exposure to portfolio management tools. - Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy during the approval process. - Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication. - Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying issues or gaps and addressing them.
