Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Sanjay Place, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years (Preferred – Real Estate Sales)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our real estate company based in Agra. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales and should be confident in dealing with clients directly in the field. The role involves meeting potential clients, explaining project details clearly, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote real estate projects to new and existing clients

Meet clients at various locations to explain project offerings in detail

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth

Collect customer information including contact details and preferences

Conduct follow-ups with interested customers

Generate and submit sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Perform project demonstrations and site visits with clients

Conduct needs assessments and cost-benefit analysis for prospective buyers

Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities

Attend and complete project-specific sales training sessions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Graduation/Post-Graduation)

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi

Willingness to travel and meet clients in and around Agra

Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate near Sanjay Place, Agra before joining
