Real Estate Sales Executive

A results-driven professional responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals. Acts as a trusted advisor guiding buyers/sellers through the real estate process from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & prospecting: use networking, cold-calling, social media, referrals to build pipeline
  • Client relationship management: maintain trust, understand buyer/seller needs, deliver personalized guidance
  • Property showings & presentations: organize and conduct site visits, digital and in-person viewings
  • Market analysis: stay updated on trends, local pricing, and competitor strategies investopedia
  • Negotiation & deal closure: skillfully negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements while ensuring compliance thetimes
  • Documentation & legal compliance: manage contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements investopedia.com
  • Sales reporting & forecasting: maintain CRM entries, report on KPIs, and track targets expertia.
  • Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with marketing, finance, legal, and admin teams for smooth operations
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Licensing: Valid real estate license (as per regional regulations) expertia
  • Experience:
  • 1–5 years in real estate sales or similar; proven track record for mid/senior roles

  • Proficient in CRM tools, MLS systems, MS Office, property software investopedia.com

  • Experience with proptech solutions (e.g. virtual tours, analytics tools)
  • Team leadership or mentorship abilities

Pay: ₹12,095.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
