Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Kolkata, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate transactions, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting property negotiations, and providing training to clients. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring the successful completion of real estate deals. Qualifications Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and a deep understanding of the real estate market Strong Sales skills and proven experience in selling real estate properties Proficiency in Negotiation to secure optimal deals for clients Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in real estate consulting is a plus Show more Show less
