A Real Estate Broker is responsible for managing real estate transactions between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process. The role involves overseeing negotiations, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering excellent client service to achieve successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to evaluate property values and trends.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the documentation and closing process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
