What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through every step of the process.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, valuations, and legal requirements.
• Build a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
• Actively generate leads and manage a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.

Qualifications:
✔ Proven sales experience in real estate or related fields.✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication in English is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking).✔ Additional languages would be an asset such as Arabic, French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian etc.✔ Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.✔ In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market.✔ Valid UAE driving license and own transportation (preferred but not mandatory).✔ RERA certification is a plus or a willingness to obtain it.✔ Experienced in the real estate market (at least 1 year of experience) or Freshers are welcomed too.
