Real Estate Associate

You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process of vacant and new properties, utilizing leads assigned in CRM. Your duties will include generating and conducting site visits for interested clients, managing negotiations with buyers, and ensuring successful deal closures. It is expected that you achieve a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Hindi, English, and local languages, knowledge of MS Office, and strong abilities in customer relationship management, sales, and negotiations. Additionally, you should exhibit energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence in your approach. Ideally, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and have at least 1 year of sales experience in any industry. Applicants must be currently employed or in their notice period. As part of the compensation package, you can earn uncapped incentives based on sales performance, with a potential to earn around INR 35,000 per month on achieving minimum targets and over INR 1 lakh for consistent performers. You are eligible for a 10% salary hike through target-based auto-appraisals and promotions every 3 months, averaging 1 deal per month. The fixed CTC for experienced candidates ranges from 4 to 6 lakh per annum, with additional benefits such as a 5-day work week, ESOPs on every closed deal, and 40% incentives on exceeding base targets. Upon closing 6 or more deals, you can qualify to manage teams and explore international opportunities based on your performance and tenure.
