Role & Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Associate, you will work closely with senior team members and be actively involved in:

• Conducting title due diligence and preparing requisition lists and title reports
• Verifying titles and reviewing property-related documents
• Drafting a wide range of legal instruments, including Sale Deeds, Release Deeds, Gift Deeds, Joint Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, and Powers of Attorney
• Conducting legal research on property laws, personal laws, and related statutes
• Attending client meetings and negotiations
• Preparing detailed legal opinions

Required Knowledge

A strong working knowledge of the following is essential:

• Transfer of Property Act
• Indian Contract Act
• Laws on Probate and Succession
• Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA)
• Karnataka Land Revenue Act
• Karnataka Land Reforms Act
• Stamp and Registration Act
• Municipal Corporation laws
  

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in
