Agraa Legal is expanding its Real Estate Practice in Bangalore and is seeking dynamic, detail-oriented Associates with 24 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our growing team. Role & Responsibilities As a Real Estate Associate, you will work closely with senior team members and be actively involved in: Conducting title due diligence and preparing requisition lists and title reports Verifying titles and reviewing property-related documents Drafting a wide range of legal instruments, including Sale Deeds, Release Deeds, Gift Deeds, Joint Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, and Powers of Attorney Conducting legal research on property laws, personal laws, and related statutes Attending client meetings and negotiations Preparing detailed legal opinions Opportunities You will gain hands-on experience working with: Real estate developers Landowners Financial institutions and banks Required Knowledge A strong working knowledge of the following is essential: Transfer of Property Act Indian Contract Act Laws on Probate and Succession Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) Karnataka Land Revenue Act Karnataka Land Reforms Act Stamp and Registration Act Municipal Corporation laws Language Requirements Proficiency in Kannada and English (reading and writing) is mandatory .
