Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, acting in their best interests.
• Property Marketing & Showings: Marketing properties to attract potential buyers or renters, including hosting open houses and property viewings.
• Market Research: Conducting market research to determine accurate property valuations, understand local trends, and provide clients with relevant insights.
• Negotiation: Negotiating the terms of sales and rental agreements on behalf of their clients.
• Transaction Management: Assisting clients with all aspects of the closing process, including preparing and reviewing documents and coordinating with other professionals.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other agents to generate business.
• Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new clients and opportunities to buy, sell, or rent properties.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Essential for securing properties for buyers and achieving the best possible terms for sellers.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Needed to effectively communicate with clients, negotiate deals, and build trust.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of current market conditions, property values, and local real estate trends.
• Organizational Skills: To manage multiple listings, client databases, and complex transaction paperwork efficiently.
• Licensing: Real estate agents must hold a valid real estate license to practice legally.
• Business Acumen: Ability to develop business networks, including relationships with mortgage lenders and contractors, to support client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
