Real Estate Acquisition Manager/ Sourcer

As a Real Estate Acquisition Assistant Vice President/ Vice President at hBits, you will play a crucial role in the real estate acquisition team by sourcing potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, and due diligence. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new investment opportunities through various channels, evaluating opportunities across commercial real estate assets, conducting site visits, analyzing investment risks, underwriting, executing/closing deals, and monitoring acquired assets. You will be expected to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including funds, brokers, consultants, asset owners, and intermediaries. Your primary focus will be on evaluating commercial real estate assets in prime southern cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed Investment Memos, coordinating investment listings, funding, and asset management activities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have a strong understanding of the Commercial Real Estate Market and/or the Investments Market, a robust network with local brokers and International Property Consultants, and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment. Your expertise in real estate investment principles, excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to meet deadlines will be critical for success.
