Real Estate Acquisition AVP/VP (Sourcer)

As a Real Estate Acquisition Assistant Vice President/ Vice President at hBits, you will play a vital role in our real estate acquisition team. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing new investment opportunities from various channels such as funds, brokers, international property consultants, asset owners, and intermediaries. - Evaluating potential opportunities in commercial real estate assets like offices, warehouses, data centers, schools, and hospitals in prime southern cities like Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. - Conducting detailed site visits, analyzing investment risks, asset quality, lease terms, and growth opportunities. - Underwriting, diligencing, executing/closing, and monitoring acquired commercial real estate assets. - Collaborating with legal, finance, and accounting consultants for due diligence purposes. - Working closely with Investments, Operations, and Technology teams to prepare Investment Memos, coordinate listings, funding, and asset management. - Contributing to increasing the firm's Assets Under Management (AUM) by sourcing investment opportunities exceeding INR 500 crore monthly. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. - Thorough understanding of the Commercial Real Estate Market and/or Investments Market. - Strong network with local brokers and International Property Consultants (IPCs). - Ability to thrive in a start-up environment. - Sound business acumen and expertise in the real estate industry. - Familiarity with real estate investment principles. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and adeptness at meeting deadlines.,
