Real Asset - Property Accounting Supervisor

Role Overview: At Citco, we have been leading the industry since 1948, pioneering innovation and expansion in the asset servicing sector. As a Senior Fund Accountant, your role will involve maintaining books and records, reviewing financial statements, supervising junior staff, and acting as the primary contact with on-shore stakeholders. You will also assist in coordinating team deliverables and participate in projects to support the business's growth and evolution. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining books and records - Reviewing and/or preparing financial statements and associated reports - Reviewing and/or calculating carried interest/performance/incentive fees - Supervising junior staff and signing off on their work - Acting as a primary day-to-day contact with on-shore stakeholders - Monitoring Senior/Fund Accountants progression and identifying areas for training and development - Assisting Senior Vice President in coordinating team deliverables - Participating in projects to support business growth and evolution - Identifying and escalating any material issues affecting service delivery to the Assistant Vice President - Performing any other functions required as part of the company's business Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in accounting for the financial services sector - Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP is an advantage - Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements - Proficiency in English communication - Motivated, diligent individual with the ability to meet deadlines - Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing staff - Proficient with Microsoft Applications - Experience with Yardi accounting system(s) is preferable Additional Details: Citco prioritizes employee wellbeing, offering a range of benefits, training, education support, and flexible working arrangements to help you succeed in your career while balancing personal needs.
