Postion :RMC QA/QC HEAD

Location : Airoli ,Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Gender : Male

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled RMC QA/QC Head for our RMC Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance in Ready-Mix Concrete production, with a proven track record of maintaining quality standards and leading a QA/QC team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the QA/QC operations of the RMC plant to ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory standards.
Implement, maintain, and continuously improve QA/QC systems and procedures.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products.
Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration and testing procedures.
Supervise mix design development, quality documentation, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with project sites to address quality-related issues and technical queries.
Manage the QA/QC team and train junior staff for skill development and compliance awareness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for management review.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 15+ years of dedicated experience in QA/QC in the RMC industry.

Strong knowledge of RMC production processes, quality testing methods, and IS standards.

Proficiency in laboratory testing for concrete and raw materials.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Ability to handle third-party inspections and audits.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in QA/QC or concrete technology will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
