Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ready Mix Concrete Commission Sales Executive located in Jharkhand, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing existing customer relationships, and increasing sales of ready mix concrete products. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting site visits, providing product recommendations, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be required to prepare sales reports, perform market analysis, and participate in promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Formwork, Flatwork, and Ready Mix Concrete
• Familiarity with Heavy Equipment and Carpentry skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is advantageous
