Overview:

We are developing an AI-powered recruiter platform that leverages OpenSearch embeddings to retrieve candidate resumes efficiently. Our robust architecture utilizes PostgreSQL (for PII), DynamoDB (for general data), and OpenSearch (for vector search). Additionally, we are building an integrated referral system as a secondary module.
We are looking for a skilled React.js Frontend Developer to create modern, intuitive dashboards for both modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and dynamic dashboards using React.js.
• Securely integrate REST APIs with AWS-based backend services.
• Collaborate with backend and mobile teams to ensure seamless functionality.
• Implement frontend best practices focusing on performance, security, and accessibility.
• Work with data visualization libraries to present complex datasets clearly.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Cloud integration experience with AWS (API Gateway, Cognito, S3, Lambda).
• Proficient in REST API integration and effective state management.
• Experience using Chart.js, Recharts, or similar data visualization libraries.
• Knowledge of secure handling of sensitive data in frontend applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with OpenSearch-based user interfaces.
• Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering (SSR), or static site generation.
• Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js or Python APIs.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks.
