React Native (Team Leader)

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing dynamic, high-performance mobile applications. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native. - Implement third-party integrations, including voice, video, and AI solutions. - Create reusable components and ensure optimal performance across platforms. - Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and updates. - Work with cloud services, particularly AWS, to ensure scalability and reliability. - Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in React Native development. Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and React. - Strong experience with third-party integrations (voice, video, AI). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS. - Experience in developing reusable components and optimizing application performance. - Prior experience in the healthcare or caregiver domain is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with mobile performance optimization and debugging tools. - Understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
