Role Overview: At PwC, as a Senior Manager in the business application consulting team, you will specialize in providing consulting services for various business applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Specifically, if you are focusing on Salesforce user experience, you will be tasked with enhancing the user experience of various applications by analyzing user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and supporting overall user experience improvements. Your work will play a crucial role in enabling clients to optimize user engagement, increase satisfaction, and achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership: Lead a team of professionals specializing in React Native and Salesforce (SFDC). Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to foster innovation and collaboration. - Technical Expertise: Oversee the development of mobile solutions with strong technical skills in SFDC and React Native. Ensure proficiency in Salesforce Configuration and Customization. - Solution Design: Design and implement comprehensive solutions using Sales/Service Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud. Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. - API Architecture: Implement API-led architecture for robust integration with rest APIs and mobile development frameworks. Knowledge of Composite APIs is a plus. - Mobile Development: Guide the team in creating efficient and user-friendly mobile solutions with expertise in various mobile development frameworks. Proficiency in React Native frameworks like Redux and Flux is preferred. - Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions align with SFDC security models and industry standards/regulations. Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance. - Business Process Management: Maintain a holistic view of business processes and users to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting. - User Requirements: Lead user requirement sessions and document requirements to address changing business needs. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech - Experience: 12+ Years Additional Details: The job level for this position is Senior Manager.
