**Job Description:** As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components for JavaScript-based web and mobile applications within the React ecosystem. Your role will involve working collaboratively as part of a small team with other developers, designers, QA experts, and managers. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Building app and UI components based on prototypes and wireframes - Working with native modules as needed - Utilizing Native APIs for seamless integrations with both Android and iOS platforms - Writing automated tests to ensure code quality and performance - Enhancing front-end performance by addressing performance bottlenecks - Creating front-end modules with a focus on code reusability and efficiency - Implementing clean and smooth animations to enhance the user interface - Collaborating with third-party dependencies and APIs - Employing Redux architecture to optimize website/mobile app performance - Demonstrating good problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts & Data Structures - Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira - Proficiency with JSON, XML, and third-party libraries/APIs - Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Excellent communication skills **Qualifications:** - B.E. (IT/CS), MCA, M.Sc. (IT) - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, GIT, GitHub Actions, and Cloud technologies is a plus - Experience with GIT management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Development practices, and Unit testing - Strong soft skills including effective communication, eagerness to learn, and ability to perform under pressure **Additional Details:** The company offers a full-time job type with benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off.
