Job Description

Role Overview: You have extensive experience of 10 to 12 years in Mobile app development. You are highly proficient in mobile development technologies and have the ability to prototype, design, and develop mobile applications. Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to effectively communicate strategies. Your secondary skills include partnering with stakeholders and end users to convert ideas and high-level specifications into new or enhanced mobile application solutions. You focus on continuous improvement in development processes, standards, and quality. Collaborating with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams, you play a key role in translating market needs into demonstrable applications. Key Responsibilities: - Prototype, design, and develop mobile applications using technologies such as Android, iOS, and cross-platform technologies like Hybrid and React Native. - Partner with stakeholders and end users to convert ideas and high-level specifications into new or enhanced mobile application solutions. - Mentor junior resources to ensure adherence to development standards and practices. - Focus on continuous improvement in development processes, standards, and quality. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to a diverse group of lean/agile software engineers. - Define and deliver working software prototypes in alignment with product owners" vision. - Develop multi-generation software technology plans in collaboration with product owners and architects. - Engage directly with stakeholders to comprehend business and technical requirements. - Communicate effectively with your immediate team and leadership in an agile development environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, backend integration, visual design, UX teams, and QA.
