About the Role:

React Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers working on large-scale

  React/Redux

  applications.
• Design, architect, and implement

  responsive, modular, and scalable

  web applications.
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  
• Drive implementation of

  Micro-Frontend (MFE)

  architecture for better scalability and reusability.
• Ensure high standards of

  code quality, performance, security,

  and

  accessibility

  .
• Implement

  unit testing (Jest or similar)

  and

  E2E testing

  frameworks for robust applications.
• Collaborate in an

  Agile/Scrum

  environment and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimization efforts.
  
• Manage code repositories and branching strategies using

  Git SCM

  .
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and promote engineering best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years

  of front-end development experience using

  JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

  , and responsive design.

• 6+ years

  of proven experience building

  Single Page Applications (SPAs)

  using

  React/Redux

  and

  TypeScript

  .
• Must have hands-on experience with

  Angular

  ,

  React (with Hooks)

  , and

  TypeScript

  .
• Strong exposure to

  Micro-Frontend (MFE)

  architecture and implementation.
• Experience developing and deploying applications on

  AWS Cloud / Hybrid Cloud

  environments.
• Proficiency in

  unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine)

  and

  E2E testing

  tools.
• Deep understanding of

  web performance optimization, accessibility,

  and

  security best practices

  .
• Expertise in

  Git SCM

  (command line and GUI tools).
• Experience with

  Behavior-Driven Design (BDD)

  and

  Agile methodologies

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
