As a React JS & React Native Developer at Innovantum Labs Private Limited, you will be part of a growing technology company that focuses on delivering modern, scalable, and impactful software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining web applications using React JS and mobile applications using React Native. - Building clean, reusable, and efficient UI components and front-end libraries. - Collaborating with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Optimizing applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. - Integrating with REST APIs and third-party services. - Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. - Staying updated with the latest trends in the React ecosystem and suggesting improvements. - Working closely with QA to ensure software quality and deliver bug-free applications. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development. - Strong expertise in React JS and React Native. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. - Hands-on experience with Redux, Hooks, Context API, and state management. - Familiarity with React Native CLI & Expo, and experience in building Android/iOS apps. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good to have additional skills: - Experience with PHP and MySQL (bonus for full-stack capability). - Familiarity with backend integration and server-side development. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tools. - Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
