Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Design, build, and maintain scalable ReactJS applications aligned with our architectural standards and business requirements.

Translate functional and UX requirements into responsive, performant, and reusable UI components.

Ensure integration with backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs using agreed-upon interface contracts.

Deliver user stories aligned to sprint commitments with high quality and maintainable code.

Ability to work with Github Co-pilot

Provide hands-on technical mentorship to developers and QA engineers, ensuring high performance and growth.

Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) in collaboration with the Scrum Master.

Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Act as the primary escalation point for resolving complex engineering challenges within the team.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
