React Engineer

Hands-on experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies such as Java, J2EE, Springboot, Angular CLI, React, Node.js, CSS, and CSS preprocessors is essential. Additionally, prior experience in the banking industry is highly valued. Key skills that will be beneficial in this role include proficiency in source code repository management tools like Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab, as well as familiarity with Oracle databases and the ability to execute complex SQL queries. As a React Engineer, you will be evaluated based on critical skills essential for success in the role, including risk and controls management, change management, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technological proficiency. This position is based in Pune. Purpose of the role: The primary purpose of this role is to design, develop, and enhance software solutions using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for both customers and colleagues. Key Accountabilities: - Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of the code. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, and stay updated on industry technology trends to contribute to technical excellence within the organization. - Adhere to secure coding practices, implement effective unit testing, and ensure proper code design and reliability.
