Role & responsibilities Supervise and review all reinsurance transactions, including both ceded and assumed business, premium calculations, intermediary commissions, and contract setup. Guide and review ledger reconciliations for premiums, commissions, DAC, and other insurance ledgers, ensuring all postings are accurate and complete with the team. Manage the transition of monthly reporting responsibilities, including general ledgers, and balance sheet. Lead, mentor, and coach the team in preparing and posting journal entries for premiums, commissions, losses, reserves, and taxes.
