Research & Development (R&D) – 5 Years Experience

Position: R&D Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Maksi, Indore – WOW Inc.
Qualification (Mandatory): M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Analytical / Industrial Chemistry) . Chemistry knowledge is a must.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop new chemical formulations as per project requirements.
• Conduct lab-scale trials, process optimization, and formulation stability studies.
• Prepare technical documentation including BMR, BPR, and process notes.
• Work closely with QC to develop and validate analytical methods.
• Support technology transfer to production and assist in scale-up batches.
• Research new raw materials, chemicals, and process technologies.
• Conduct compatibility studies for raw materials and excipients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines during R&D work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
