Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and managing R&D projects focused on product development, alternative raw materials, and process improvements. Collaborate with quality control, production, and marketing teams to implement innovative solutions. Analyze material properties, cement chemistry, and durability performance to meet BIS standards. Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Maintain R&D documentation, reports, and technical records. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field. - Minimum 8-12 years of experience in cement or construction material R&D. - Strong knowledge of cement chemistry, pozzolanic materials, and sustainability practices. - Analytical mindset with experience in laboratory instrumentation and testing. - Strong leadership and communication skills.,
