Role Overview: As an Intern at Hyland, your main responsibility is to assist the staff in achieving departmental goals and mission by carrying out a wide range of tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize department-specific software and tools to complete assignments and tasks - Participate actively in team meetings - Engage with peers and team members to gather knowledge required for project completion - Liaise with other areas to address information or project requests by department staff - Compile and analyze information, and develop reports, proposals, or documents - Maintain accurate documentation and records for all assigned projects - Complete all tasks as directed - Adhere to current standards followed by your team Qualifications Required: - Currently enrolled in an educational institution - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products - Attentive to department needs, showing rapid and high-quality responsiveness to requests - Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside the department - Strong oral and written communication skills, displaying a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others discreetly and tactfully - Keen attention to detail - Ability to identify and complete tasks independently with a sense of urgency and ownership - Demonstrated success in maintaining high personal work standards - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact - Equivalent combination of education and experience to effectively perform the principal duties of the position.,
